Welcome to Manuchi. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- All products listed on Manuchi are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to change prices, product details, or policies at any time without prior notice.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
📦 2. Product Condition & Responsibility
- Customers must check the product at the time of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim.
- Without proper proof, no claim will be accepted.
❌ 3. No Return / No Refund / No Warranty Conditions
The following cases are strictly not eligible:
- Product found broken (tutta hua) after delivery
- Product found burnt (jala hua)
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling

🔁 4. Return & Replacement
- Returns allowed within 7 days of delivery (valid cases only).
- Replacement only for manufacturing defects.
- Product must be unused with original packaging.
🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time depends on location.
- Manuchi is not responsible for courier delays.
💳 6. Payments
- We accept Online Payments & COD.
- Orders may be cancelled if payment fails.
