At Manuchi, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

📦 1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive faster delivery (2–4 days).
  • Remote areas may take longer.

💰 3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on selected products.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

📍 4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order in real-time.

❗ 5. Delivery Issues

  • If the delivery is delayed due to courier issues, Manuchi is not responsible for the delay.
  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

📦 6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours with proper proof.
  • Without proof, claims will not be accepted.

🚫 7. Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • If the order is not accepted or unreachable, it may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
  • Re-shipping may require additional charges.
