At MRdians, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Return / Refund will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product is physically damaged, broken, or burnt after delivery.
  • If the product is misused, mishandled, or damaged due to improper usage.
  • If the product is returned without original packaging or accessories.

👉 Important:
If the item is found broken (tutta) or burnt (jala hua), then:

  • ❌ No return
  • ❌ No refund
  • ❌ No warranty claim

⚠️ Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
  • Without proof, claims will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is only applicable for manufacturing defects.
  • Subject to stock availability.
