At MRdians, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
π Return Eligibility
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
β Non-Returnable Conditions
Return / Refund will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product is physically damaged, broken, or burnt after delivery.
- If the product is misused, mishandled, or damaged due to improper usage.
- If the product is returned without original packaging or accessories.
π Important:
If the item is found broken (tutta) or burnt (jala hua), then:
- β No return
- β No refund
- β No warranty claim
β οΈ Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
- Without proof, claims will not be accepted.

- Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.
- Refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
π Replacement Policy
- Replacement is only applicable for manufacturing defects.
- Subject to stock availability.
